We will like to let you know that our Remote Service provider SolarWinds had notified us that they will be doing some changes in price to their Take Control Engine which is manage by the TeamViewer. The TeamViewer program is what allow us to connect remotely to perform all the troubleshooting possible. This allow us to give you fast service in those cases that can be resolve over the phone or remotely instead of waiting for a technician to arrive to the location. The changes in price is not much is going to be from $3.00 to $4.00 (a $1.00 increment) per computer.
Starting in June 1 2017 you will see a change in price under MAX-AV which include both services Computer Antivirus and Remote Access. Nothing has been said if there will be changes in price for other services but we will keep you informed about it.
